How about you try to surround yourself with really emotional things? Play with some cat-babies, watch titanic (or the fault in our stars), go out with friends, kill some enemies in computer games. Drink some tea while cuddeling in a blanket and read your favorite book.
Yes. Your feelings are still there. You just have to slowly get back in touch with them!

If there was a simple answer, it wouldn’t be an issue now would it? Sadly… sadly it’s a process. A long one. But the first step is figuring out what you need to do. Which is ironic, I am aware.
So, ask yourself, what is the first thing that you can do? I’d suggest talking to somebody.
Or you can start by reading some books about depression and such, if thats what you think you have.
Truly, the only sure fire way to get your emotions back is to beat down the thing keeping them at bay. So that means, if you have depression, you need to work on mitigating that.
And I suggest that you go through our tags on the blog to see if you can find anything related to what you are or are not feeling.
